The Responsphere team participated in a Hazardous Materials exercise.The scenario consisted of radioative (simulated) material being dropped in Aldrich Park at UCI. We deployed the EvacPack which was equipped with Geiger counters to assist in the search.

 

September 16, 2008

The Responsphere team began the first SAFIRE drill. The SAFIRE project brings situational awareness to firefighters and decision makers through technology including the Fire Incident Command Board. Our YouTube video of this drill can be seen here.
